Indoor Go-Kart Racing
Fun for those who are young at heart. It’s a great activity for a night out with friends and even a good stag(ette) or corporate party idea. The go-karts reach speeds of up to 70 kms an hour. They’re open until midnight daily at 2100 Viceroy Place.
Milkcow Cafe
A popular Korean dessert cafe you must try in the city. They’re best known for natural milk soft-serve ice cream with a seemingly never-ending list of toppings. World Famous Night Market
The annual night market has lots of tasty eats, fun games and entertainment to take in. The night market has recieved glowing international attention in recent years and for good reason. Likewise, it’s also one of Seth Rogen’s favourite places to eat. It’s at 8351 River Road, right near the Bridgeport skytrain station.
Drinks and tapas at the Greatroom Bar / 75 West Coast Grill
The Vancouver Airport Marriott has unveiled the chic and modern Greatroom, which is a great social gathering place for a night cap. River Rock Casino Resort

Cosmic Bowling
When all else fails, go bowling! It’s conveniently located right in the entertainment district of Richmond. Looking for some late night eats? Sushi is always the answer. This sushi bar will be sure to hit the spot when the craving hits. They have a wide variety of offerings including traditional rolls, sushi, tempura, teriyaki and sashimi. They’re open until 10pm every night (except Mondays as they’re closed). Everyone in Richmond knows that this is a hot spot every Friday night. The patio offers great views where you can watch the planes coming and going. In addition, the grub is awesome and the atmosphere can’t be beat. On weekends, there’s always a DJ spinning from 9pm – 1am. West Coast Mini Putt
Another fun night out for the inner kid in you. The indoor mini putt has an impressive 18-hole course and they even have a glow-in-the-dark room! The Deck Kitchen & Bar
It’s the largest waterfront patio in Metro Vancouver, and it’s in Richmond. The restaurant serves traditional West Coast classics and their expansive 7,000-square-foot deck offers incredible views of the Fraser River. Find it at 3500 Cessna Drive.
Richmond Indoor Paintball
Bring out your competitive side and have some fun with friends playing indoor paintball at this spot. It’s the only Vancouver-area paintball field that allows drop-ins as well as reservations. Buck & Ear Bar & Grill
Find this classic gem in the heart of Steveston, a great place to warm up after a walk along the water. It features a 200 seat pub with two patios. As a result, it’s one of the most popular places in the popular neighbourhood. Check it out at 12111 3rd Avenue.
Richmond Rod & Gun Club Archery and Airgun Range
Put your aim to the test and take part in some indoor archery for a fun night out with your crew. They offer a friendly, fun and controlled environment for members to come in and hone their skills—no matter what your experience level is. Moreover, it features a 10-meter indoor airgun range and an 18-meter archery range. Find them at 140-7400 River Road, where they’re open until 9:30 most nights.
Savage Creek Golf Course & Driving Range
Test out your skills or just have a few laughs attempting to improve your game at this driving range. The Range is dual leveled with 60 covered and seasonally heated bays. It also has an 18-hole putting course called Mini Meadows that takes about 1.5-hours to complete from start to finish. Check it out at 7388 No. 6 Road—it’s open until 10pm daily.
Gateway Theatre
Head over to this theatre to enjoy a variety of plays, live music and other special performances happening throughout the year. Past performances have included Empire Of The Son, Gross Misconduct, It’s A Wonderful Life and Les Belles-Soeurs. Nothing beats ending a nice day with a sweet treat. Check out this dessert cafe at 8571 Alexandra Rd, open until 11pm daily, and 11:30pm weekends. They’re known for their Bingsoo, which is a popular Korean shaved ice dessert with a variety of toppings.
